Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Talent Optimization Senior Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Recruiting, Learning, and Talent Optimization Senior Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will support client engagements focused on optimizing Workday recruiting, learning, and talent processes through assessment, solution design, and transformation. The position will play a key part in post-production support and ongoing program activities that improve tenant performance and align the platform to business needs. The consultant will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to deliver practical solutions and help drive measurable operational improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday solutions from assessments through transformation initiatives
• Manage optimization program activities, including production support and assessments
• Lead solution design and development to optimize client Workday tenants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Workday or ERP experience, or master's degree with 1+ years, or 7+ years of experience without a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with Workday
• Experience in Recruiting, Learning, or Talent capacity, especially in post-production support
