• UAT, SIT & Regression Testing
• Production Support & Release Management
• Stakeholder Management

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of overall experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting
• At least one full Workday implementation lifecycle
• Experience in enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support
• Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Integrations, Reporting, and Security
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Workday Recruiting Certification
• Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards
• Recruiting Integrations & Data Conversion
• Global/Multi-country Recruiting experience
