As part of ongoing workforce and HR technology initiatives, the team is seeking resources who can optimize reporting capabilities and improve end-user adoption of Workday reporting tools.

Job Description

The Workday Reporting Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, develop scalable reporting solutions, and ensure users can effectively access and interpret workforce data. The role also includes training and mentoring internal team members on report creation, report maintenance, and best practices for utilizing existing Workday reports and reporting tools.

Skill Set Requirements

• Expert-level experience developing Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and reporting framework
• Experience creating advanced, matrix, composite, and custom reports
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Experience conducting end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Strong troubleshooting and report optimization skills
• Ability to document reporting processes and reporting standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting HR, Talent, Payroll, or Workforce reporting initiatives

Nice to Haves

• Workday Reporting, HCM, or Advanced Reporting certification
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
• Experience with Workday Discovery Boards and Dashboards
• Knowledge of HR analytics, workforce planning, or people analytics
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience developing report governance and reporting best practices

Education/Certification(s)/License(s)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred
• Workday Reporting or Workday HCM certification preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant Workday reporting experience considered in lieu of degree requirements
