**Skills and Qualification

• 3 to 5 years of experience as Workday reporting consultant.

• Worked on both HCM and FINs modules with BIRT knowledge.

• Must have worked on End-to-end implementation Workday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process.

• Active Workday certification is desired.

• Collaborate with the Client\u2019s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.

• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the clients expected business result.

• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.

• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.

• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
