Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Reports & Integrations Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate will have experience developing advanced reports, building end-to-end integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

• Create advanced, matrix, and composite reports using Workday Report Writer.

• Build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

• Work with Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and XSLT.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

• Manage change control and migrate enhancements and integrations across Workday tenants.

• Support application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access-related requests.

• Monitor ServiceNow queues, prioritize tickets, and resolve application issues.

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and change management teams.

• Provide production support and participate in on-call rotations when required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Workday reporting, integrations, and application support.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

• Expertise in Workday Report Writer, advanced reports, matrix reports, composite reports, and dashboards.

• Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and XSLT.

• Experience in end-to-end integration development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with enterprise ERP application support and production issue resolution.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and change management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.

• Experience in enterprise application maintenance and support.

• Strong stakeholder-management and documentation skills.

Shift Timings – Mandatory

Candidates must be comfortable working in PST-aligned shifts.

• Initial 3–6 months: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

• After 3–6 months: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
