Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Reports & Integrations Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Workday reporting, integration development, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate should have experience building complex reports, developing end-to-end integrations, resolving production issues, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, advanced reports, matrix reports, and composite reports.
• Build, configure, test, deploy, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Work with Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and XSLT.
• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions.
• Manage change control and migrate integrations and enhancements across Workday tenants.
• Support application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access-related requests.
• Monitor ServiceNow queues, prioritize requests, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and change management teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical production issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Workday reporting, integrations, and application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Expertise in Workday Report Writer, advanced reports, matrix reports, composite reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience in end-to-end integration development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Experience with enterprise ERP applications and production issue management.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
