- Manage Workday security administration, including access management, profile management, and user provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to data privacy and security.
- Configure and manage HCM (Human Capital Management) integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for system enhancements or changes.
- Provide technical support for Workday users on various modules such as Core HR, Absence & Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation & Recruitment.
