About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Workday Student Consultants to support a large-scale Workday Student implementation program in the APAC region . This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strategic higher education transformation project and contribute to the successful deployment of Workday Student solutions.

Areas of Expertise Required

We are looking for consultants with hands-on experience in one or more of the following Workday Student modules:

• Workday Student Core
• Workday Student Academic Foundation
• Workday Student Recruitment & Admissions
• Workday Student Financials

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Workday Student implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and deploy Workday Student solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support testing, data conversion, integrations, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 18 Years of overall IT/ERP consulting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Student.
• Experience in at least one or more Workday Student functional areas.
• Involvement in one or more full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Understanding of higher education business processes and student lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Student certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience working with Higher Education institutions.
• APAC implementation experience is an added advantage.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
