Job Summary

The HR Operations Senior Analyst supports the delivery, optimization, and governance of HR processes, technologies, and services. This role partners across HR, Technology, Service Delivery, and vendor teams to improve operational effectiveness, enhance the employee experience, and ensure compliant, scalable HR solutions. The role aligns with the HR Operations and Service Delivery model and HR Operations Advisor positions referenced within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR processes, systems, and services within assigned functional areas.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and support business priorities.
• Support system enhancements, testing, releases, and implementation activities.
• Monitor data quality, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to HR projects, change management initiatives, and vendor management activities.
• Maintain process documentation and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, Shared Services, or related functions.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise HR platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
