Workday Support Lead

Agilysis is looking for experienced Workday Support Manager / Tier 1 Lead to lead an established Tier 1 Workday support function.

Roles Responsibilities:

The role is focused on Workday production/BAU support and HR systems operations leadership rather than Workday configuration or implementation. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to a three-person Tier 1 support team, strengthen troubleshooting and case-management capability, maintain service quality, and act as a key link between Tier 1, HR stakeholders and Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical teams.
The environment handles approximately 600-800 Workday cases per month, so experience working in a high-volume production support environment is important.

Qualifications Experience:

Strong, broad Workday experience in a live production/support environment
Experience leading, supervising or coaching a support/HR systems team
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capability
Experience with case triage, escalation and SLA/service management
Good understanding of Workday Help / HR case management
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with global HR and technical teams
Candidates primarily focused on Workday implementation/configuration without significant BAU support experience would not be a priority
