Workday Talent & Performance Lead

Location: Remote – EMEA

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Lead to join a major Workday programme, working remotely across EMEA.

This is a senior functional role for someone with strong expertise across Workday Talent and Performance , who can take ownership of the workstream, engage with key stakeholders and help shape solutions that support the wider HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday Talent & Performance workstream across the programme.
• Own functional design, configuration and delivery across Talent and Performance.
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
• Lead workshops and advise stakeholders on Workday best practice.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Support testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Manage priorities, risks and dependencies across the workstream.
• Work closely with other Workday functional, technical and integration teams.
• Provide guidance and leadership to other consultants where required.
• Ensure solutions align with wider business and HR transformation objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance .
• Previous experience leading a Workday functional workstream.
• Experience across Workday implementations, optimisation or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Talent and Performance business processes and configuration.
• Confident running workshops and working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Workday solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across international or EMEA-based programmes is highly desirable.
• Relevant Workday certifications would be advantageous.
