Workday Talent and Performance Specialist

System Configuration & Maintenance

• Configure and maintain the Workday Talent and Performance modules, including goal setting, feedback, check-ins, calibration, and performance review templates.
• Support configuration and rollout of succession planning, career development plans, individual development plans, competencies, skills and talent assessments.
• Manage system testing, release updates, and enhancement requests related to talent processes.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in business process design, security setup, and data integrity.

Process Optimization & Project Support

• Partner with HR and Talent teams to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within Workday.
• Support optimization and enhancement of Workday Talent functionality or organizational initiatives (e.g., continuous performance management, talent mobility, skills cloud).
• Assist with system-related documentation, and change management communications.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain talent and performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards in Workday.
• Analyze talent and performance data to support calibration sessions, succession planning, and workforce development strategies.
• Partner with HRBPs, HR Controlling and People Analytics team to provide insights on performance trends, high-potential identification, and development outcomes.
  User Support & Training
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support related to performance, goals, and talent processes.
• Deliver training, job aids, and communication materials for managers and employees to enhance adoption.
• Serve as a key contact for HR business partners and Talent COE for Workday Talent functionality.
• Participate in change management and communication planning for Workday enhancements and newsletters for HR Community.
• Use Workday Help to support and process employee cases.
