Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Workday implementations and support engagements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations and configurations.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support business process configuration, reporting, security, and data migration activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll teams, and third-party vendors.

Desired Profile

• Strong Workday consulting experience.
• Experience in global implementation or AMS engagements.
• Client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Workday certifications preferred.

Experience Range

• Consultant: 4–6 Years
• Assistant Manager: 6–9 Years
• Manager: 9.5–14 Years
• Associate Director: Significant Workday leadership and delivery experience
