We are looking for a skilled Workday Technical and Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementation, configuration, and integration.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Workday.
• Design, implement, and configure Workday modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, and Analytics.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementations and configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday data migration, integration, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems and applications.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, features, and best practices.
• Experience with Workday implementation methodologies, including design patterns, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or HTML.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle or SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
