Role Overview

We are seeking a Workday Techno Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday HCM and technical integrations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, and business process configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.
• Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Workday functionality and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday platform.

Required Skills

• 48 years of experience in Workday Techno Functional.
• Strong experience in Workday HCM and at least one functional module (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services).
• Experience in Report Writing, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Configuration.
• Good understanding of Workday Security and Data Migration.
• Experience in Workday implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with Workday Payroll or advanced integrations.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
