Workday Total Rewards Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
• Design compensation plans, bonus plans, merit plans, stock plans, allowances, and one-time payments.
• Manage compensation review cycles, worksheets, statements, approvals, grids, and guidelines.
• Support benefits configuration including eligibility, enrollment events, coverage levels, and provider integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and business teams.
• Lead testing activities including UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
• Support annual compensation cycles, audits, reporting, and release management.

Required Experience

• 5-8 years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
• Experience supporting annual compensation cycles.
• Knowledge of Benefits configuration preferred.
• Exposure to Core HCM, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Talent, and Finance modules.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

• Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation Certification.
• Experience with global compensation programs and compensation analytics.
