Workday TT/Absence Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strong Workday Functional Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to join our team. The specialist will support Workday engagements across implementation, AMS support, and ongoing delivery activities, while working closely with clients and internal teams to provide practical and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Lead and deliver Workday functional activities within Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
• Manage client expectations and provide recommendations based on best practices and previous project experience
• Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and proactively propose solutions
• Coordinate with internal and client-side stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and development of internal capabilities within the Workday practice

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant Workday experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in: Workday Payroll, Workday Absence, Workday Time Tracking, Workday HCM
• Experience across implementation and/or AMS/post-production support engagements
• Good understanding of Workday configuration and business process design
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification in one or more relevant HCM modules
• Previous experience as a consultant within a consulting or software services organization
• Prior exposure to related HRMS platforms such as Oracle or PeopleSoft
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
