Workday VNDLY Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday VNDLY Integration Consultant to design, build, and support integrations between Workday HCM, Workday VNDLY, and third-party enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday integrations, contingent workforce processes, vendor management, and API development. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, MSP/VMS teams, HR, Procurement, and IT to deliver scalable integration solutions that optimize contingent workforce operations and improve business outcomes.

This role requires a strong functional understanding of Workday VNDLY, Workday HCM, and integration technologies, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while supporting production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions between Workday HCM, Workday VNDLY, and third-party applications including HRIS, ERP, payroll, identity management, procurement, and financial systems.
• Configure and support Workday VNDLY integrations for contingent worker lifecycle processes including requisitions, onboarding, time management, invoicing, supplier management, and worker offboarding.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services, and Cloud Connect technologies.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across contingent workforce management.
• Troubleshoot production integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support Workday and VNDLY releases by evaluating new functionality, testing enhancements, and implementing required updates.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, interface specifications, testing plans, and operational support procedures.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for Workday VNDLY integration questions and production support.
• Participate in system testing including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure integrations meet enterprise security, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions while meeting project timelines.
• Stay current on Workday and VNDLY product enhancements, integration best practices, and emerging technologies.
