Workers Compensation Adjuster

Peak Performers has partnered with a workers compensation insurance company to assist in their search for a remote Workers Compensation Adjuster . The team is looking for someone who is a faster learner and can onboard quickly.

Major duties

• Administer workers' compensation benefits to injured workers.
• Conduct investigations for coverage and compensability, establish and maintain appropriate reserves, and make appropriate recommendations on claims.
• Manage established claims on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper handling of moderate to complex claims.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in claim file management, work effectiveness, interpersonal skills and customer service.

What are we looking for? Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• A range of 2 to 4 years experience adjusting workers' compensation claims.
• Current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Texas-specific workers' compensation claims experience.

Exciting Opportunity Details

• Rate: $40.00/hour
• W2 Contract
• Worksite Location: Remote in or nearby Austin, Dallas, Lubbock, or Houston
• Length of Assignment: 3-6 months
