We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join one of the Midwest's most respected law firms. Working autonomously and in collaboration with other attorneys, you will handle workers compensation claims from inception through resolution. Responsibilities
* Evaluate and defend workers compensation claims throughout the legal process
* Represent clients in court proceedings
* Work effectively with judges and opposing counsel
* Prepare for trials and other proceedings with thorough analysis and documentation
* Advise and counsel clients
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in workers compensation (claimant or defense) and/or related matters
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree
* Licensed to practice law
