Workers Compensation Attorney

We are a growing workers’ compensation/personal injury law firm committed to excellent client service. We are seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. In this vital role, you will advocate for clients navigating workplace injury claims, ensuring their rights are protected and benefits are secured. Your expertise will help guide injured workers through complex legal processes, providing clarity and confidence at every step. Duties

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims, from initial filing through resolution
• Communicate with clients and witnesses, explain rights and procedures, and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and file motions; Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
• Attend pretrials, hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
• Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable resolution for clients
• Collaborate with partners and staff to manage caseloads and ensure timely client service
• Maintain accurate case files
• Conduct thorough legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law related to workers’ compensation law and procedural requirements.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and other parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary commensurate with experience (base pay plus unlimited bonus/incentive pay)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
