Compensation: 75k - 100k + Bonus

Location: Greater Wilmington, DE Area

Position Overview

The successful candidate will handle a workers' compensation caseload from initial consultation through resolution, serving as a trusted advocate for clients while working alongside a team of experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims through all phases of litigation
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation
• Analyze medical records, employment records, and case evidence
• Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Delaware Bar license or ability to obtain admission
• Workers' compensation experience preferred
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
