Workers Compensation Attorney (Entry-Level)

Our client, a highly respected and well established California Workers Compensation Defense firm is seeking an entry level attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent bar-admitted attorney looking to begin their legal career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a new associate, you will work closely with seasoned attorneys and gain hands-on experience. This is a hybrid opportunity that will become fully remote after a few months of training.

No prior experience needed and no billing requirement for the first 3+ months.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• MUST be CA Barred
• Interest in Workers’ Compensation law
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team

Compensation:

• Up to $120,000
• Bonus
