Workers’ Compensation Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Case Manager to join a law firm specializing in workers' compensation claims for police officers and firefighters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to approximately 300 workers' compensation files.
• Coordinate case activities, monitor deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, insurance representatives, and other parties.
• Handle case-related filings and maintain records using EAMS and Merus software.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of California workers' compensation experience on the applicant's side.
• Strong knowledge of EAMS and Merus case management software.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Must live within approximately 45 minutes of Pasadena.
• Professional demeanor, maturity, strong communication skills, and a respectful, team-oriented attitude.
• Non-smoking requirement and background screening, subject to applicable law.

Preferred: Experience handling sworn workers' compensation claims involving police officers and firefighters.
