Workers Compensation Claims Consultant

Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in injury management and supporting the recovery of injured workers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle calls, provide expert guidance, and deliver exceptional customer service while working with diverse stakeholders. We’re looking for individuals with energy, empathy, and resilience who thrive in customer-focused environments.

You’ll initially work in‑office during the training period, benefiting from strong team support and structured learning. This is a permanent full-time role based in Boorloo (Perth) commencing on 16 November 2026.

What You'll Do

• Manage workers’ compensation claims from lodgement through to resolution.

• Support injured workers with tailored injury management and return-to-work plans.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to employers, workers, and other stakeholders.

• Handle a high volume of phone enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records and navigate multiple systems to ensure compliance.

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Resilience and empathy when supporting injured workers and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and maintaining accurate records.

• Experience in workers’ compensation claims management (desired).
