About the Company

SalesOrca International Inc. is a BPO/call center company providing support services to a U.S.-based law firm specializing in employment and workers’ compensation cases.

We are looking for a Workers’ Compensation Intake Specialist to assist with the initial intake and screening of potential clients seeking legal assistance for work-related injuries and workers’ compensation claims.

The successful candidate will communicate with prospective clients, gather relevant case information, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the legal team to facilitate the evaluation of potential cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email communications with prospective clients.
• Conduct client intake interviews to gather information regarding work-related injuries, employment details, accident circumstances, medical treatment, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Ask relevant intake questions based on established scripts, guidelines, and procedures.
• Accurately document client information, case details, and supporting information in the company's systems.
• Identify missing information and follow up with prospective clients when necessary.
• Assess whether the information gathered meets the firm's initial intake criteria and endorse potential cases to the appropriate team for further review.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, particularly those dealing with workplace injuries or challenging circumstances.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure intake records are complete and organized.
• Coordinate with the legal team regarding case updates, documentation, and intake requirements.
• Protect confidential client information and comply with company policies and established procedures.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• College graduate or undergraduate in Legal Management, Political Science, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant BPO, customer service, sales, healthcare, insurance, claims processing, or legal support experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, employment law, medical records, or legal intake is an advantage but not necessarily required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and communicating with U.S.-based clients.
• Good listening, questioning, and information-gathering skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information professionally and confidentially.
• Proficient in using computers, email, and standard office applications.
• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
