Salary: ₱35,000 monthly

About the Role

We are looking for a Workers' Compensation Specialist – QME to join our team and provide administrative and case support for workers' compensation matters, particularly those involving Qualified Medical Evaluations (QME).

The ideal candidate has prior experience in the healthcare, medical, workers' compensation, or medical-legal field and is comfortable handling medical documentation, case records, and time-sensitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and organizing workers' compensation and QME-related case files.
• Review and maintain medical records, reports, and other case documentation.
• Coordinate and follow up on medical evaluations, appointments, and related requirements.
• Assist with preparing and processing QME-related documents and case materials.
• Review medical and case information for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure documents are properly organized.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant parties regarding case requirements and updates.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding documents or case requirements.
• Perform other administrative and case-support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, medical administration, medical records, workers' compensation, or a related field is required.
• Experience handling medical documentation or medical-legal records is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Workers' Compensation or QME processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to review and understand medical and case-related documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard workplace applications.
• Able to work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City on a night-shift schedule.
