Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Workers Driver / Company Driver to support our construction operations and safely transport workers between accommodation, project sites, office locations, and other required destinations across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport company workers safely between accommodation and construction sites.
• Pick up and drop off workers according to the company's daily work schedule.
• Transport workers between different project sites when required.
• Assist with transportation of small tools, materials, documents, and equipment when required.
• Follow assigned routes and ensure workers arrive at sites on time.
• Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.
• Perform daily vehicle checks including tyres, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, and fuel.
• Immediately report any vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain basic records of trips, mileage, fuel, and vehicle maintenance when required.
• Coordinate with the Foreman, Site Engineer, and company management regarding daily transportation requirements.
• Support site and company operations when transportation assistance is required.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving Licence suitable for the assigned vehicle.
• Previous driving experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads and industrial/construction areas.
• Experience transporting construction workers is preferred.
• Safe and responsible driving record.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow daily schedules.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
• Must comply with company and UAE road safety requirements.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
