Sails Software Inc is seeking a Workflow & AI Engineering Lead to drive the development and implementation of innovative workflow and AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team in the development of workflow automation tools and AI solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends in AI and workflow automation.

• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Implement best practices in software development and AI methodologies to ensure high-quality outputs.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Strong experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Deep understanding of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Camunda, Apache Airflow, or similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
