FIRM

This represents a great opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD. This firm has been in operation for many years and are part of a national affiliation.

POSITION

Due to strong growth and internal restructuring the position of Workflow Coordinator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

• Client relationship management
• Liaise with the Partners, Managers and Accountants to manage workflow and deadlines
• Liaise with the ATO, ASIC and other external bodies
• Liaising with the ATO
• Diary management and assist with client meetings
• Invoicing
• Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
• Experience with all facets of public practice administration
• Extensive client relationship management experience
• Outstanding attention to detail is non negotiable
• Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be a team player
