We’re looking for an experienced Workforce Advisor to join a global pharma organisation, helping shape workforce strategies across employees, contingent workers and outsourced solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring and engagement managers on workforce strategy and sourcing models
• Analyse workforce and market data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
• Translate business requirements into the right skills, roles and workforce solutions
• Apply the build, buy, borrow, bot & base framework to workforce planning
• Support workforce classification, compliance, tax and labour law requirements
• Partner with internal teams to improve workforce data quality and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field
• Experience in Talent Advisory, HR, Workforce Planning, Procurement or Global Process Management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with HR/workforce management systems
• Procurement and contract review experience highly desirable
