Workforce Analyst (Scheduler)

About the role

Manages workforce schedules to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee schedules based on forecasted demand
• Monitor staffing levels, attendance, and schedule adherence
• Handle schedule adjustments, shift changes, and time-off requests
• Analyze workforce data and prepare staffing reports
• Coordinate with Operations and WFM teams to address staffing gaps

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any course
• 1–2 years of WFM or scheduling experience preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
