Job Title: Workforce Analytics & Operations Specialist
Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to manage workforce analytics, hiring operations, attrition tracking, vendor management, MIS reporting, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track hiring pipelines, interview schedules, onboarding, and attrition.
- Manage vendor performance, billing, cost, and workforce reports.
- Develop dashboards and automate reports using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Coordinate with hiring teams, vendors, and operations stakeholders.
- Maintain workforce databases and support employee administration.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- MIS reporting, data analysis, and workforce analytics.
- PowerPoint presentations and AI tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience: 3–8 years in MIS, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or Hiring Operations.
