Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and intellectually curious analytics professional to join our Workforce Planning & Analytics team. This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, serving as both a power user of analytics platforms and a trusted advisor to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will proactively explore data to uncover potential integrity issues and surface meaningful insights—often before questions are asked. Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive testing of workforce analytics dashboards and reporting tools to ensure accuracy, usability, and performance.
  • Proactively analyze workforce data to identify anomalies, integrity issues, and emerging trends—surfacing insights ahead of stakeholder inquiries.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and power user of analytics platforms, contributing to enhancements and advocating for end-user needs.
  • Develop sophisticated, strategic analyses using workforce data, integrating supplemental sources to enrich insights and close data gaps.
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Oracle to query, validate, and reconcile data across multiple systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and defects, collaborating with technical teams to resolve root causes.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling storytelling and visualization.
  • Create Power Point presentations to facilitate communication of insights and narratives to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Partner with business teams to ensure analytics efforts align with organization priorities.
  • Bachelors’ or above in quantitative discipline: MIS, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of analytics experience with a demonstrated ability to identify, interpret, and visualize complex data to generate clear, actionable insights required
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort navigating large, multifaceted datasets and dashboards in a rapidly evolving analytics environment.
  • Meticulous approach to data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Strong storytelling skills—able to craft cohesive, influential narratives that connect data to strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for translating technical findings for non-technical audiences. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for data analysis, quality assurance, and strategic reporting.
