Workforce Coordinator

Opportunity

Join one of the region’s largest employers and play a key role in supporting our workforce operations. This newly created position has been established to support the implementation of Dayforce (HRIS) and will work closely with Production, Payroll and HR to ensure the smooth coordination of workforce administration activities.

Responsibilities Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Workforce Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate administration of employee data, schedules, timesheets and workforce records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems and building strong working relationships across a busy operational environment. Your role will include:

• Maintaining employee records and workforce data within Dayforce
• Processing and reconciling timesheets for payroll
• Creating and maintaining workforce rosters
• Liaising with supervisors, payroll and HR to resolve workforce administration matters
• Assisting with workforce reporting and data analysis
• Supporting employee onboarding and workforce administration processes
• Ensuring workforce information remains accurate, compliant and up to date

• Experience with Dayforce or other workforce management systems

• Experience working in a large operational or industrial environment
