Workforce Management Associate

Job Overview

The Workforce Management Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping, workforce scheduling, and reporting across assigned accounts, supporting payroll readiness, operational efficiency, and service delivery requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Encode employee timekeeping in the Roosted and MyPrime Systems
• Encode the endorsed clinic staffing schedule per clinic/account
• Generate regular and ad hoc/real-time reports on client metrics
• Provide periodic reports and data trends on performance to support operations and respond to service level variations
• Maintain employee records in the database
• Support continuous improvement by flagging recurring issues
• Perform other workforce administration and reporting tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or any related field
• At least 1 to 2 years' experience in workforce management, timekeeping, payroll support, or operations
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Workforce scheduling and planning
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
