Workforce Management Associate (Project-Based)

Job Overview

The Workforce Management Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely timekeeping, workforce scheduling, and reporting across assigned accounts, supporting payroll readiness, operational efficiency, and service delivery requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Encode employee timekeeping reports in the Roosted and MyPrime systems
• Encode the endorsed clinic staffing schedule per clinic/account
• Generate regular and ad hoc/real-time reports on client metrics
• Provide periodic reports and data trends on performance to support operations and respond to service level variations
• Maintain employee records in the database
• Support continuous improvement by flagging recurring issues
• Perform other workforce administration and reporting tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in workforce management, timekeeping, payroll support, or operations.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is an advantage.
• Timekeeping and attendance management
• Data analysis and reporting (proficiency in Excel required)

• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
