Workforce Management Executive

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management professional with strong expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, reporting, and resource management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient in Excel and WFM tools, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain headcount and capacity plans for assigned processes.
• Develop forecasts for volume, productivity, and shrinkage.
• Prepare monthly workforce and operational reports for assigned accounts.
• Validate production and non-production hiring requirements and internal movements.
• Analyze scheduling outputs and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding capacity planning and hiring requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on resource planning and employee movements.
• Supervise, coach, and train team members on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Support workforce reporting, analysis, and planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• College Graduate, preferably of Math or Sciences Major.
• 3-5+ years’ experience as WFM, RTA or MIS.
• Strong knowledge of Workforce Management and Capacity Planning.
• Above-average to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using WFM tools such as IEX, eWFM, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in MIS, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
• RTA and/or MIS experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of service and operational procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
