Workforce Management Solutions Architect - Techo-Functional

For our client, we are seeking a Workforce Management Solutions Architect - Techo-Functional to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape workforce management solutions that improve forecasting, scheduling, and staffing decisions across the organization. You will lead discovery with business partners, translate requirements into practical designs, and help ensure WFM tools are configured to support compliance, transparency, and operational accuracy. The position also partners closely with engineering and vendor teams to deliver enhancements, resolve defects, and align the solution with business needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,605 – $284,280 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to identify business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis of workforce management products and tools, recommending ideal solutions.
• Design workflows for demand forecasting and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling parameters to align with business compliance and operational realities.
• Establish solution guardrails for accuracy and transparency in operations.
• Partner with engineering to implement functional designs into workforce management configurations.
• Maintain documentation and manage the lifecycle of enhancements and defects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering workforce management solutions with emphasis on forecasting and scheduling.
• Deep expertise in workforce management scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years of experience configuring and debugging workforce management solutions.
• 5+ years using large enterprise workforce management platforms.
• 3+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors for business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills for driving decisions and prioritizing tasks.
