Workforce Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end workforce planning and demand management across skills, locations, and experience levels.
Drive optimal resource allocation, utilization, billability, and bench management across projects and accounts.
Lead bench optimization through redeployment, upskilling, internal mobility, and project readiness initiatives.
Maximize internal demand fulfillment and govern external hiring based on talent availability and business priorities.
Partner with Practice and L&D teams on skill-gap analysis, competency development, and future talent readiness.
Build and manage workforce dashboards covering headcount, utilization, bench, demand, fulfillment, aging, skills, and hiring metrics.
Establish WMG processes, governance, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce risks, capacity, and optimization opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills
8-12 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, Delivery Operations, or Talent Supply Chain within IT services.
Experience managing large-scale technology workforce pools and global delivery teams.
Strong understanding of IT delivery models including T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Support.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or workforce management platforms.
Strong knowledge of technology skill landscapes, resource planning, and workforce analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Ability to combine strategic workforce planning with hands-on operational execution.
