What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment & Talent Support

• Source and screen candidates for part-time and temporary positions.
• Conduct phone screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a quality talent pipeline.
• Assist in fulfilling clients' manpower requirements within agreed timelines.

Workforce Operations

• Coordinate manpower deployment for events and projects.
• Generate attendance reports by extracting clock-in and clock-out records after each event.
• Verify attendance records and calculate working hours accurately.
• Prepare payroll summaries based on approved working hours.
• Ensure attendance and payroll data are accurate before submission.

Client & Operations Support

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor headcount status and assist in resolving manpower shortages.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and workforce records.
• Prepare operational reports and support process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's students from any discipline (Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related fields are encouraged to apply).
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Eager to learn recruitment, operations, and workforce management.
