Workforce Planner - Permanent Work at Home

Scheduling & Customer Service

· Receive, review, and process incoming referrals.

· Schedule participant appointments within established service timeframes.

· Coordinate with clinicians, participants, and internal stakeholders regarding appointments and schedule changes.

· Update scheduling systems with appointment information, cancellations, reschedules, and amendments.

· Enter clinician leave and availability into scheduling systems.

· Process participant discharges following established business processes.

· Maintain accurate participant records and scheduling documentation.

· Escalate complex scheduling issues when necessary.

· Deliver professional and responsive customer service across all communication channels.

Workforce & Administrative Support

· Assist Workforce Coordinators with daily scheduling activities.

· Complete administrative tasks across assigned regions.

· Monitor shared inboxes and respond to scheduling requests.

· Maintain scheduling data integrity and accuracy.

· Assist with clinician schedule optimization.

· Support participant waitlist management.

· Ensure all administrative activities are completed within required timeframes.
