The Workforce Planning Analyst develops, models, and maintains total workforce capacity plans (Direct and Indirect Labor) across process assembly, inspection and packaging operations for micro-actuator optical components. Operating within the PPIC Department, this role bridges customer demand schedules and labor capacity to meet strict delivery milestones while optimizing labor efficiency to ensure the company has sufficient labor capacity to cover the customer demand.

 Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Demand amp; Labor Modeling (NPI, MP and AC)

2. Capacity Planning amp; Yield Balance Analysis

3. PPIC Integration amp; Operational Alignment

4. Clear To Labor Update and Reporting

5. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education & Experience:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, or related technical field.

2. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in capacity planning, headcount modeling, or production planning within high-precision electronics, semiconductor, micro-optics, or global Tier-1 consumer electronics supply chains.

Technical Skills:

1. Workforce & Labor Analytics: Deep proficiency in calculating Takt Time, Cycle Time, Standard Hours (SHPU), Line Balancing, FTEs, and OEE.

2. Advanced Modeling: Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, complex mathematical/statistical modeling, dynamic dashboards) or Python/R data analysis.
