What they need

Help shape the future of a growing disability services organisation where people genuinely come first.

At Elevate Disability, they are passionate about delivering disability support differently.

Founded by leaders who started their careers as support workers, Elevate was built on a simple belief: people living with disability deserve individualised support delivered with compassion, respect and genuine care.

What began with a single participant has grown into a thriving organisation supporting individuals, families and communities across South East Queensland. Despite this growth, they've remained committed to the values that inspired our journey from day one - putting people before profit, building meaningful relationships and creating positive outcomes for every participant they support.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Workforce Planning & Operations Manager to help shape the next stage of our journey.

About the Role

This newly created leadership role will play a critical part in ensuring our workforce, systems and operational structures continue to support exceptional participant outcomes as the organisation expands.

Working closely with the founders and leadership team, you'll lead workforce planning initiatives, improve operational efficiency and help develop scalable workforce models that support both sustainable growth and high quality service delivery.

You'll bring structure, insight and strategic thinking to workforce operations while maintaining a strong focus on the people at the heart of everything they do.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading workforce planning and workforce optimisation initiatives
  • Developing workforce models that support participant needs and organisational growth
  • Forecasting workforce demand, capacity and resource requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workforce utilisation and operational performance
  • Supporting workforce capability, succession planning and future growth initiatives
  • Using workforce and operational data to support decision making
  • Partnering with leaders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement
  • Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development initiatives

About You

You are a commercially minded operational leader who understands that workforce planning is ultimately about people.

To really excel in this role, you will have experience in workforce planning, operations management, service delivery leadership in a similar role within disability, community services, healthcare or aged care

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:

  • Builds strong relationships and earns trust quickly
  • Thinks strategically while remaining practical and hands on
  • Enjoys solving complex workforce and operational challenges
  • Uses data and insight to inform decisions
  • Leads with empathy, integrity and accountability
  • Shares our commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for participants

Why Join Elevate Disability?

Culture isn't something they talk about occasionally - it's how they operate every day.

The leadership team remains highly involved in the business and understands first hand the realities of frontline support. They invest heavily in our people, prioritise wellbeing and work hard to create an environment where employees feel valued, supported and connected.

You'll enjoy:

  • A genuine values led culture
  • Direct access to founders and senior leaders
  • The opportunity to shape a growing organisation
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth
  • New modern office in Cleveland with onsite parking
  • Collaborative workspaces and outdoor wellness areas designed for staff wellbeing
  • The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people living with disability

If you're looking for a role where your work will influence both organisational success and participant outcomes, I'd love to hear from you.
