Workforce Planning & Rostering Lead

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that workforce capacity is effectively planned and aligned with operational requirements. You will combine workforce planning, forecasting, rostering, and data analysis expertise while providing functional leadership and coordination to the team responsible for workforce scheduling.

The Workforce Planning & Rostering Lead will oversee workforce planning and scheduling activities end-to-end, combining forecasting, operational analysis and rostering expertise to support informed decision-making. The role is responsible for coordinating the rostering function, developing workforce planning tools and reports, and ensuring that staffing plans effectively balance operational requirements, workforce availability and budget considerations.

You will drive workforce capacity planning across short-, medium- and long-term horizons, translating operational data and business requirements into practical staffing solutions. Working closely with operational stakeholders and management, you will identify workforce risks, capacity constraints and optimization opportunities, while continuously improving planning processes, reporting capabilities and resource allocation practices. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, a data-driven mindset and the ability to balance people, operational needs and business priorities.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce planning, operational planning, scheduling, rostering, or a similar analytical role.
• Excellent Proficiency in MC Office, Excel.
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic operational environment.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
• Proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
