Workforce Planning Assistant - Scheduling

Remote - Supporting our Australian Manufacturing Team

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Workforce Planning & Scheduling Assistant to join the District Photo Support Group Services.

Working fully remote from the Philippines and closely with our Production Efficiency Manager based in Melbourne at our Prima PMI HQ, you’ll help keep our Production workforce organised, visible and ready to meet demand.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing weekly production rosters
• Checking leave, availability and roster conflicts
• Updating approved roster changes, absences and replacements
• Preparing daily headcount and staffing views
• Maintaining accurate workforce and scheduling data
• Comparing planned labour hours against actual hours
• Identifying staffing gaps or excess capacity early
• Supporting labour planning, forecasting and peak workforce preparation
• Communicating scheduling updates with Production leaders

About you

You’ll be someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
• Experience in scheduling, rostering, workforce administration or operations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Confidence identifying errors or inconsistencies
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines

Experience with workforce management systems is helpful, but not essential - we can train you on our systems.
