Workforce Planning Crew Support Officer

What you will do

• Review, assess, and process cabin crew roster swap requests within established procedure
• Validate swap eligibility based on operational requirements, qualifications, regulatory compliance, and company policies
• Ensure roster changes maintain adequate staffing levels and operational coverage
• Monitor and manage high volumes of swap requests in a fast-paced operational environment
• Update crew rostering systems accurately and promptly

What you bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret policies, agreements, and operational requirements
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Computer literate with skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
