Job Summary:
The Workforce Report Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of various workforce reports to senior management and stakeholders. This critical role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in WFM and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review the preparation of workforce reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, demographics) from multiple data sources
• Analyze report data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet their needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR systems administrators to ensure accurate data extraction and integration
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on reporting processes and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HR / WFM reporting and analytics
• at least 1 year of leading WFM / Reports teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
