About the role
Responsible for overseeing the Workforce Management team, ensuring accurate real-time monitoring, staffing efficiency, and adherence to service level targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Real-Time Analysts and Workforce Management activities
- Monitor staffing, attendance, service levels, and intraday performance
- Ensure timely and accurate workforce reports and recommendations
- Manage real-time adjustments to meet operational requirements
- Partner with Operations and WFM teams to address staffing gaps and performance issues
- Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and accuracy
About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Workforce Management experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of real-time monitoring, forecasting, scheduling, and WFM processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Willing to work onsite and in a shifting schedule
