Salary Package: ₱50,929

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Management, or Related Field

• 3 years experience with staffing, workforce & scheduling software

• Preferred:
  UKG certification preferred upon hire, required within 12 months of hire

  Previous experience in a healthcare setting

  Computer skills to include Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication skills

Workforce Scheduling Region Supervisor (4 vacancies)

Salary Package: ₱102,437

• Bachelors Degree in mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, or other related courses

  3+ years experience with staffing/scheduling software in a 24/7 healthcare setting

  3+ years experience in a lead or supervisory role with proven ability to work successfully with a variety of stakeholders

• Preferred:
  UKG certification preferred upon hire, required within 12 months of hire

  UKG workforce management experience

Manager, Nursing Workforce Optimization Scheduling

Salary Package: ₱141,363

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, healthcare administration, management or related field

  7+ years of experience in workforce management, staffing operations, scheduling operations, healthcare operations, BPO, GBS, or shared services environments.

  7+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing operational teams

• Registered Nurse (RN), UKG Certified

  Experience in a healthcare environment supporting hospital operations

  Experience with workforce planning methodologies, labor optimization strategies, and operational forecasting.
